PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER THE DAY YOU RECEIVE IT!
Daves Marine is NOT responsible for customer errors in ordering.
PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD ANY PRODUCT PACKAGING!
Within 30 days of receipt of your order complete the form below with order number and reason for return.
If applicable I will then provide you with a RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and return instructions via email as soon as possible.
NOTE: Some manufactures will NOT provide replacements for defective items. They ask that the item be returned to them for repair.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special order items and opened software are non-returnable.
No returns will be accepted if the serial number / UPC code is removed from the box for the item.
Returned products must be complete in original packaging, mint condition, and resalable.
No returns will be accepted if the order is refused upon receipt.
Returned orders will not be accepted without a RMA number.
Units requiring service after 30 days of receipt, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
Do not write or apply any shipping labels directly on the manufacturers packaging. Box all returns in an appropriate outer shipping box.
All items must be returned in the condition it was sold, all original packaging and paperwork must be included for full credit.
RESTOCK CHARGES UP TO 30% MAY APPLY IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED UNACCEPTABLE!
Warranty Service
All of the products from the manufacturers Daves Marine sells holds to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of the products Daves Marine sells are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturers warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying the delivery carrier. Many of the manufacturers have warranty & service information on their web sites.
